Get a wheelbarrow. Wheelbarrows can be two-wheeled or one-wheeled. The latter can worsen your aching back because you need to torque or twist your body when the wheelbarrow wobbles. Such movements can sprain or strain back muscles, as well as your arms and shoulders.

To control the growth of weeds, you can use pre-emergent. By using it, you can prevent weeds from growing. You can get it from hardware stores and in home depots. If you don’t want to bend just to hand-pick weeds, use a pre-emergent.
